Our veneer flitches are carefully selected from wide range of natural veneer and engineered veneer wiith multiple options of color, thickness and veneer grade available based on your cost budget.These veneer flitches are accurately jointed and matched for recreating beautiful patterns and aesthetically incomparable veneer faced board.
Choice of core substrates including Chipboard, MDF board, Block board or Plywood is based on project specifications for mechanical properties, fire and moisture resistance and Low Formaldehyde. All these quality grade will be Strictly controlled by us to be consistent with international quality standards.
Supporting by imported facilities, advanced laminating technology and experienced working team, Winshine still undergoes full set of systematism and also meticulous manufacturing process from substrate patching, gluing, veneer matching, pressing, sanding and grading inspection.
